Jackline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management at Uganda Management Institute (UMI).

Previously, as a digital marketing manager at YOLO Mobile Company Limited, Jackline orchestrated ground-breaking campaigns that elevated brand presence and effectively navigated targeted traffic. Her extensive experience also includes roles as a customer service representative at MultiChoice Uganda Ltd and as a PR & communications coordinator at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa.
