A seasoned expert in parliamentary democracy, legislative analysis, and governance, Chemonges Timothy brings over 13 years of impactful experience in shaping policy and advocacy. As Associate Director at the Centre for Policy Analysis (CEPA) and Parliament Watch Uganda, he leads initiatives that promote transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in legislative processes.
His passion for empowering institutions and individuals extends to his role as a Board Member of Usisi Amandla Fellowship, an institution that mentors’ young women in leadership and policy development. A recognized thought leader, on governance and legislative reforms across the region and beyond.
During the fellowship he will be facilitating the Topic on Introduction to Public Policy Processes where he will be unpacking the theoretical process of public policy making.
