Philemon Akatuhurira is a highly accomplished Professional Accountant, Administrator and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has demonstrable financial management skills, strategic, and technical expertise. His distinguished 18-year professional career reflects accelerated levels of responsibilities consistent with delivery of results, expertise in developing Financial and Administration strategies, provision of high level Financial and Administration solutions, leadership and capacity building of high-performance teams.

Elone Natumanya Ainebyoona

Co-founder/Secretary

A seasoned public policy analyst and governance expert with a Master of Public Administration – International Development (MPA-ID) from the University of York and other various trainings in governance and accountability. She is an African Youth SDGs Summit Patron, a Mandela Washington Fellow and a Generation Democracy Alumni. She is a facilitator of the Uganda Democracy Academy organized by the Netherlands Institute of Multiparty Democracy (NIMD). She is a Member of Governance and Accountability Working Group of the Sustainable Business for Uganda (SB4U); a technical working group supporting EU business and investment working environment in Uganda. She has experience working with reputable organisations like the Democratic Governance Facility (DGF)/ DANIDA, African Freedom of Information Centre (AFIC), the Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Youth Affairs (UPFYA) as well as Uganda National NGO Forum (UNNGOF).  Elone is a strong believer in democracy and human rights and has used her experience to mentor other young women and support their growth. She uses her expertise to influence policies for good governance for both Uganda and the region. In her free time, she loves gardening and cooking yummy food.

Daisy Mulamuzi

Strategic Advisor, Female Lawyers Network (FLN)

Daisy is a seasoned lawyer/Communication/Advocacy and partnership strategist with a passion for building strong brands, and fostering positive media relationships. Daisy works with a strong commitment towards children and women’s rights and has made it her agenda to carry their voice. With a Master’s degree in Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a post graduate diploma and several certificates in Leadership and Alternative dispute resolution, Daisy has led successful media campaigns for global corporations, Legal Aid Networks and high-profile Spaces. Her expertise lies in networking, writing compelling narratives, crisis management,  influencer partnerships, policy analysis, organizing and conducting high level policy dialogue, capacity building in advocacy, and issue-specific media advocacy, writing policy briefs, briefing notes, abstracts, and advocacy messages.

Daisy has previously worked with National and International Human Rights Organizations and leading law firms including Okecha Baranyanga and Co Advocates, International Justice Mission, Legal Aid Service Providers Network, International Conference of the great Lakes Region -Regional Training Facility, Law Society of Kenya  among others, and now works as the Communications and Advocacy Specialist at the Female Lawyers Network. Her work with these organizations has enabled her to  acquire  the experience to execute various Tasks. Outside her work, Daisy enjoys spending time with her family and listening good soul music.
